Why am I not Receiving Emails? 

1. Verify your computer is connected to a valid internet connection. 
2. Ensure your outlook is not set to "off-line".




My check scanner cant be found!

1.Exit CheckScan Batch Utility                                                                                                                                                                                         2.Verify that the power plug is full seated (at the back of the scanner and power adapter) and plugged into the wall outlet.
3.Unplug USB and Re-plug in the USB cable at the PC.
